Intercloud9 is led by an executive team that combines all the skill sets necessary to help membership organisations succeed. We work exclusively in the membership sector and over the past two decades, our team has supported 50 organisations and more than 38m members. We have also worked with both clients and vendors so understand the complexities of change management from both perspectives.

This gives us our team a unique understanding of the sector with the ability to immediately get up to speed on change or digital transformation projects. This consultancy expertise is supplemented by a network of pre-selected and experienced sector professionals.

Kris Watkins

Co-Founder, Managing Director

Kris Watkins is Managing Director of Intercloud9 Ltd and experienced software engineer and solutions architect with deep expertise in enterprise system design and delivery.

Over a 20-year career, he has led the development of secure, high-performance platforms for organisations such as the College of Policing, ICAEW, and the Association for Project Management.

Known for his strong technical insight and ability to connect technology with business goals, Kris now focuses on supporting membership bodies and non-profits to modernise their systems and achieve successful digital transformation aligned with long-term organisational goals.

Jenny Watkins

Co-Founder, Director of Professional Services

Jenny is a highly experienced business and digital transformation director with over 30 years of delivering change. Applying Lean methodologies and proven commercial expertise, she has led large technology and membership support teams at the highest level, working with more than 50 of the UK’s most prestigious membership organisations representing 38+ million members.

Jenny is also an IAPP-certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) – one of only 4,000 professionals worldwide to hold this certification – reflecting her commitment to responsible AI leadership in the membership and digital transformation space.
Jenny’s background spans both client and vendor sides of the sector, giving a unique perspective on CRM and digital technology partnerships. Her expertise covers member value proposition, commercial strategy, vendor selection and contract negotiation, project rescue, business case development, change management, and D365 platform optimisation.

Maxwell Dobbs

Senior Functional Consultant

Max has nearly thirty years of experience in IT spanning software development, systems integration, and IT leadership. At Intercloud9, he leads the analysis of market requirements and the architecture of demonstration solutions.

Max brings both technical depth and business insight. His career includes senior roles in B2B member and regulatory organisations. This background gives him a strong understanding of how digital platforms can support engagement, compliance, and service delivery.

Alongside solution design, Max has spent significant time in project and service management, often stepping into “project management” roles. He is experienced in guiding teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

Bill Wilson

Senior Consultant

Bill is an accomplished technology executive recognised for leading complex digital transformation and IT modernisation programmes that deliver measurable business value. With more than two decades of experience as the technology lead at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), he has built and led high-performing technology teams, applying strategic insight and commercial discipline to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation.

He has successfully managed multi-million-pound budgets, complex supplier portfolios, and transformation programmes with budgets of over £20 million. His work has delivered enhanced member and employee experiences, improved operational performance, and strengthened cyber security.

Emma Pyzer

Emma is a versatile marketer whose experience spans social media campaigns, newsletter copy, website updates and digital marketing across diverse sectors, including hospitality, broadcast, lifestyle brands and technology.

With a solid background in journalism and marketing, Emma brings a natural flair for persuasive, compelling copy that cuts through the digital noise and connects with the right audiences. As an experienced blogger, she knows exactly how to write fun, engaging strategies and communications pieces that hit the spot, whether that’s a snappy social post, a high-converting email campaign or a brand story that actually sticks. She combines creative instinct with strategic thinking, and her broad industry experience gives her a rare ability to adapt the tone, voice and approach to suit any project.

Motaz Hadheri

Senior Consultant

Motaz Hadheri is a product and strategy leader with a track record of helping organisations design and deliver impactful, user-centred services. Prior to working with membership organisations, he led product teams at Deloitte, overseeing new product development, product growth and digital transformation initiatives across government and regulated sectors, and now works with mission-driven organisations to shape product strategy, commercial growth, and drive innovative operating frameworks.

Drawing on experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Motaz brings a practical and data-driven approach to building products that are desirable by users, viable to organisations, and feasible for teams.

Leandra Bramham

Associate Consultant

Leandra Bramham joins Intercloud9 as an Associate Consultant, bringing over 30 years of experience gained within a leading chartered membership body, ICAEW, across member lifecycle management, data systems, finance operations and large-scale digital transformation. She specialises in the work that matters most to membership organisations: CRM and finance system implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside requirements analysis, business process design and user acceptance testing. Leandra has managed systems serving a membership of more than 200,000 and safeguarded data integrity in line with GDPR, Direct Debit and BACS requirements. She is also known for steadying delivery — stepping into a delayed CRM migration mid-flight and bringing it back on track to land on time.

A BCS-qualified business analyst and Associate Member of The Chartered Institute for IT, Leandra pairs structured governance with a calm, collaborative and people-centred style. Clients value her clarity, her eye for detail, and her ability to turn complex business needs into practical, well-tested outcomes.

Marco Foley

Digital Consultant

Marco Foley is an experienced communication professional with a 25-year track record in brand strategy, copywriting and design. He has been focused on the non-profit and creative sector since 2011, also working in the membership field for half that period.

Marco previously had leadership roles in marketing and design, and held European communication director positions in Fortune 500 companies, international corporations and award-winning PR bureaus. Here he led strategy and creative teams, managed exhibition events over three continents, and devised messaging, copy and design for countless press releases, brochures and websites.

Over the last decade, Marco has helped global non-profit organisations to devise and support campaign strategies that have helped change authors’ rights legislation in three countries. He has produced analysis and high-value copywriting to provoke debate and drive the global conversation on cultural remuneration. He has also delivered websites and print collateral to represent millions of creators in discussions with government culture ministers, the EU commission, the UN, WIPO and UNESCO. Marco also holds a number of board positions with cultural organisations in North America and Europe.
