CIOB

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is the leading international professional body for those working in and leading the construction industry. Established in 1834, it offers a range of services including membership, professional development, qualifications, and resources to support individuals and organisations in shaping the future of the built environment, driving innovation, sustainability, and ethical practices.

The CIOB’s educational initiatives also advance the skills and knowledge of construction professionals, while its advocacy calls for the highest standards in public policy, enhancing the quality and integrity of construction projects globally.

Homecare Association

The Homecare Association is the UK’s membership body for homecare providers. Together it ensures that homecare is valued so that all of us can live well at home and flourish within our communities. It will not stop making sure the value of care at home is recognised and it receives the investment it deserves.

The Homecare Association will use its trusted voice to help shape homecare and will ensure its members have the hands-on support and practical tools they need.

ICAEW

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales is a global professional body for chartered accountants. The ICAEW ensures all its chartered accountants have the knowledge and values to help build local and global economies that are sustainable, accountable and fair.

Founded in 1880, ICAEW has a long history of serving the public interest and it continues to work with governments, regulators and business leaders globally.

And, as a world-leading improvement regulator, it supervises and monitors more than 11,000 firms, holding them, and all ICAEW members and students, to the highest standards of professional competency and conduct.

IMA

The Institute of Mathematics & Its Applications (IMA) exists to support the advancement of mathematical knowledge and its applications and to promote and enhance mathematical culture in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, for the public good.

It is the professional and learned society for qualified and practising mathematicians, with a membership of over 5,000 comprising of mathematicians from all sectors, as well as those with an interest in mathematics.

In 1990 the Institute was incorporated by Royal Charter and was subsequently granted the right to award Chartered Mathematician status.

QAA

The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) is an independent charity working to benefit students and higher education, and one of the world’s experts in quality assurance. It is trusted by higher education providers and regulatory bodies to maintain and enhance quality and standards.

The QAA works with governments, agencies and institutions globally to benefit UK higher education and its international reputation.

The work it does supports its mission to safeguard standards and improve the quality of UK higher education wherever it is delivered around the world.

Women’s Aid

Women’s Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. As a federation it provides life-saving services across England while building a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated.

It has been at the forefront of shaping and coordinating responses to domestic violence and abuse through practice for almost 50 years. It empowers survivors by keeping their voices at the heart of its work, working with and for women and children by listening to them and responding to their needs.
