Intercloud9 has been appointed by the Building Societies Association to lead the selection of a new integrated CRM, website and member portal platform.
BSA represents UK building societies and other mutual lenders, and like many membership and professional bodies in regulated sectors, it is working with an ageing, fragmented digital estate that makes it hard to give members, associates and stakeholders the experience they expect. Our role is to help BSA define clear, evidence based requirements across membership, policy, events, finance and digital experience, and to run a targeted, vendor neutral procurement that de risks a high value investment. By combining sector specific insight with deep CRM and web expertise, we are helping small, multi hatted teams make confident decisions about complex technology change, so they can improve member value, strengthen operational resilience and future proof their digital platform for the next five years and beyond.
BSA represents UK building societies and other mutual lenders. Like many trade bodies and professional associations in regulated sectors, they are dealing with:
- An ageing, fragmented CRM and web estate.
- Members and stakeholders who struggle to find the information they need.
- Heavy manual effort around renewals, events, consultations and reporting.
- High risk, high-cost decisions about what to replace and which partner to trust.
Our remit is to:
- Clarify strategy and requirements across membership, policy, events, communications and digital experience.
- Run a focused, vendor neutral selection for an integrated CRM, website and portal platform.
- Provide structured due diligence on functionality, delivery approach, security, data and commercial model.
- Help a small, multi hatted team make a confident, evidence based decision that will stand up to Board scrutiny.
This is exactly the kind of challenge Intercloud9 exists to solve for membership organisations and professional bodies in complex, regulated environments.
If you are wrestling with similar CRM or digital platform questions and limited internal capacity, we are always happy to share what we are learning from this and other programmes.
